On Wednesdsay, Matt (CMO) posted a marketing video and proposal outlining plans for using treasury funds to run user acquisition campaigns. As always, the DG Intern has you covered with the key takeaways. |

Proposal Allocate 125,000 $DAI (less than 1% of the DG DAO’s holdings) to run strategic player acquisition campaigns over 4 months: November to February. Goal We don't expect to hit a home-run with our campaigns right away — creating a solid UA funnel takes time and requires iterating on all parts of the funnel. Our goal with these advertising campaigns are: - To get a baseline customer acquisition cost (CAC) that we can use to benchmark our user acquisition efforts against.
- To push more traffic into our funnel that enables us to better test and improve our onboarding.
Transparency For transparency, the DG team will publish monthly reports with spend amounts and key metrics for each campaign. We want everyone in the DAO to be part of the process and decision making. Learn More For more info, watch Matt's video overview. |
